The CV-SNMP Agencies are pleased to share that the draft Technical Memorandum (TM) #5, Construct Nitrate / Total Dissolved Solids (N/TDS) Forecasting Tools and Evaluate the Baseline Scenario, is now available for review and comment on the project website. TM #5 documents the development of forecasting tools used to evaluate future nitrate and salt conditions in the Coachella Valley groundwater basin and establishes the baseline scenario that will serve as the foundation for evaluating future management alternatives. We will accept comments on TM #5 for 30 days, through Wednesday, July 22.

Upcoming Community Workshop #3 | July 1, 2026
We will present an overview of TM#5 at the upcoming Community Workshop on July 1, 2026. During this session, the project team will provide an overview of the forecasting tools, modeling approach, and key findings from the baseline scenario analysis.
