It's easy to register and pay your bill on our website through our convenient online payment system. Just click on "Pay My Bill" at the very top of any page on our website. Choose the new Customer Connect portal option and set up your account using your Zip Code and Account number. Once registered, you can manage automatic payments, set-up paperless billing, set usage alerts, see your hourly usage and more!

In-person
You can drop a payment into our drop box at 66575 Second Street, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240. Should you need to visit with a customer service representative, our lobby is available by appointment only. Please call to make an appointment prior to arrival.
