About Our Procurement Policy
The MSWD Procurement Policy defines the practices for acquiring supplies, materials, equipment, and services, including construction and capital improvements. This policy establishes procedures in line with governing laws and administrative guidelines. With Board approval, the General Manager and designated staff are empowered to manage daily procurement operations efficiently and responsibly.
