Eric Weck is an accomplished Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in municipal public works construction management. His expertise spans design, inspection, project development, and overseeing public improvement projects from inception to completion. As an Engineering Manager, Weck combines technical proficiency with strategic vision to drive successful outcomes.
Prior to joining the MSWD team, Weck led cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects at the City of Indio. Additionally, he managed construction projects for local municipalities, securing funding, developing plans, and ensuring quality execution.
Weck holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic University Pomona and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands. He was recognized for outstanding leadership and community impact as a member of the Whitehead Leadership Society. Weck is a registered California Professional Engineer and holds his Distribution Operator Grade 2 and Treatment Operator Grade 2 certifications.
In addition to his professional achievements, Weck was a Board Member of the Coachella Valley American Public Works Association and a Desert Hot Springs Rotary Club member.
