To better serve our current industrial wastewater users and expand services to those currently without, MSWD is working to amend Article VI of our wastewater discharge ordinance. The proposed modifications will be discussed during a public hearing at our March Board of Directors Meeting on March 18, 2024. To keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, we are providing a redline version of the proposed changes to Article IV (attached below). This document highlights the modifications made, allowing customers to identify the areas affected easily.
