Mission Springs Water District’s (MSWD) rebate programs are designed to assist homeowners, Homeowner Associations (HOA), and commercial customers who want to reduce their indoor and outdoor water usage. MSWD is offering incentives to upgrade or replace ineffective toilets and washing machines to reduce outdoor water usage by converting lawns to desert-friendly landscaping.
