MSWD wants to hear from our community to determine the most important priorities for the next five-plus years. Probolsky Research will be conducting a survey of Mission Springs Water District service area residents using a stratified random sample method that ensures accuracy and statistical validity. This means that Probolsky Research will proactively contact select customers starting on October 24, 2023, by phone, email, and text message.
The intent of the survey is to better understand the concerns and opinions of local residents. Customers may be contacted by the research firm over approximately the course of the next few weeks. The researchers intend to solicit input from residents across all demographics, such as age, gender, ethnicity/race, etc.
