A current DMV printout must be presented at the time of interview. All employees must maintain a satisfactory driving record for the duration of their employment at MSWD.
All job offers are contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a required drug and alcohol screening.
New employees must successfully complete an introductory period of one year from their date of hire. Upon the successful completion of this introductory period, they will become regular full-time employees of the District.
Employment with the District is at the mutual consent of the employee and the District and reflects the at-will nature of the employment relationship. Accordingly, the employee or the District can terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without cause at
any time.
