Capital Improvement Program Information
The District's award-winning Groundwater Protection Project is an ongoing effort to protect our precious hot- and cold-water aquifers from the threat of contamination due to septic systems. Assessment District 11 sewer mainline construction and septic system abatements have been completed, and construction in Assessment District 12 is underway.
